Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you want to cancel your order please contact us at support@conkote.com within 2 hours after you placed the order by sending us an email from your registration email. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
Return
We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your Conkote purchase may have caused.
We take back all unused and unpacked goods, within 7 days and without giving any reasons.
The customer contacts us by e-mail to notify us of the return. We kindly ask you to pack the product securely and call a carrier to collect the package. The return fee need to pay by your own.
We refuse any shipment sent to us postage due. If the merchandise is returned in due form, we will refund the invoice amount, minus shipping costs, packaging costs, insurance and any costs incurred by us.
We expressly reserve the right to charge the amount of the repayment by claims from us in your favour and we will deduct them on a future order.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund after a few days, please contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all these steps and still haven’t received the refund. Please contact our support team at support@conkote.com.
