Q1: How long is the treatment period? Scar recovery varies from person to person. Generally, it is recommended to use 2-4 months for new scars and 6-12 months for old scars, or even longer. After the wound is completely closed，the earlier you use it, the better the effect.
Q2: What types of scars does Conkote silicone scar sheet work on? Conkote silicone scar sheet works to diminish the appearance of hypertrophic scars and keloids, which have a raised and/or discolored appearance. These types of scars may result from surgery, injury, bums, acne, insect bites, c-sections and more. It also reduces redness, discomfort associated with scars.
Q3: Can Conkote silicone scar sheet be used on scars of different sizes and shapes? The scar sticker can be tailored to completely cover the scar and surrounding skin.
Q4: Can Conkote silicone scar sheet be reused? Conkote silicone scar sheet are reusable. Daily washing is important for hygiene reasons as well as maintaining the adhesiveness of the sheet. After worn the sheets should be washed with water and a moisturizer free soap and then allowed to dry, each sheet is washable and durable. When the scar sheet becomes difficult to use or lose its adhesiveness, it should be replaced.
Q5: Can Conkote silicone scar sheet completely remove a scar? It is not possible to make a scar “invisible”. But with the use of conkote silicone scar sheet, you will see your scars get a significant change.

Q8: Under what circumstances is not recommended to use Conkote silicone scar sheet? We do not recommend using Conkote silicone scar sheet during exercise or bathing, as perspiration and many shampoos, may interfere with adhesion. Do not use on open wounds or on oozing skin surfaces, this may result in infection or other complications. Discontinue use and consult your physician, if a rash or allergic reaction occurs. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
For security purposes, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
